Ordering Options Descriptions
Use Our Secure Shopping Cart:
The easiest way to order from us is to use our integrated, secure shopping cart. When you see an item you want, just fill in the quantity that you want sent, click the "Click to Add" button, and the item will be added to your invoice.
At any time, you can check on your order total by clicking the "View Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, go to the checkout section and fill in the necessary information. Because we use a secure server, the information you send is is encrypted and safe.
If, for any reason, you are not comfortable sending your credit card information through our secure server, you can fill in the first two groups of numbers on the shopping cart form and e-mail us the last two groups of numbers.
Postage and handling are automatically calculated. Sales tax for Colorado residents is also added automatically. You will receive an itemized e-mail receipt.
Use One of Our Online Forms:
Use our secure online form. (You will be transferred to a secure server which may take a moment.)
Some people have trouble using secure forms, which would be a problem with the shopping cart. (This often happens from AOL.) Instead of the cart or our secure form you can use this online form. It's not on a secure server, but we've included instructions for sending your credit card information safely.
Order by E-Mail:
Simply send an e-mail to order@apogeevideo.com with the product(s) you would like and the quantity plus your credit card number, expiration date, type of card and a daytime phone number.
We accept MasterCard and Visa. If you are concerned about safety, you can send the credit card number in two pieces of e-mail. In the first, put the kind of card it is and the first two groups of numbers. In the second piece, put the last two numbers, the expiration date and your address.
Order by Phone:
You can talk to us directly during business hours Mountain Time by calling toll-free 1-888-380-9966. We can answer your questions and take your credit card information over the phone.
Order by Mail or Fax:
Use this form to fax us your credit card order or to mail your check or money order. Of course, you can use your credit card by mail as well. The fax number and mailing address are on the form.
Be sure to include your e-mail address so we can confirm your order when we receive it.
